Cooking

step-0
Chicken liver rinse well with cold water, remove the fat, bile ducts, chopped, put into blender. Add the milk, egg, semolina, salt and pepper (I usually take "the mixture of peppers") is a good choice.
step-1
Grind all together in a blender until smooth and leave for some time for swelling monkey (15-20 minutes is sufficient). If there is no blender, the liver can be scrolled in a meat grinder and after adding the remaining ingredients.
step-2
While semolina swells, on a heated frying pan to pour sunflower oil and lightly fry the onions with the carrots. Optionally, add the mushrooms. Prepared vegetables to put in a plate to cool.
step-3
Present liver "batter" pour into mold and bake. I cooked in multivarka mode "pastries" 50 minutes then turn the soufflés with liner for roasting and bake until done, another 10 minutes on the second side. I use a silicone form the diameter of the bowl. If done in the bowl, it must be lubricated. You can bake a soufflé in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes (better focus on your oven).
step-4
While baking a soufflé, make "cream". For this roasted vegetables put in a blender and season with salt and pepper to taste, add cream cheese and milk (or low fat cream). Cottage cheese and milk you can substitute sour cream, but then the "cake" will turn sour (especially if sour cream is low fat). Mix everything with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. If no blender, vegetables can be grind in a meat grinder (or grate), and then lightly fry in a frying pan. The cream should be as thick cream. To obtain the desired consistency of the cream the amount of cream cheese and milk can be adjusted.
step-5
While preparing the cream, baked liver souffle. It should be removed from the mold, cool slightly and cut into two "layers". Not necessary to wait for complete cooling soufflé. In the form of heat it even faster and better saturated.
step-6
Generously grease cream on the bottom cake.
step-7
The second cake to put on top and apply the remaining cream to coat the sides. In fact, the cake is ready. It is advisable to leave it for a few hours for impregnation. I leave at room temperature until cool, then put into the fridge (often on the night, but enough to soak 2-3 hours).
step-8
For decoration you can sprinkle the cake with finely chopped fresh herbs or grated cheese or grated egg. You can make a "mesh" or some other figure with sour cream (using a pastry syringe or a conventional bag - to put the sour cream in the package, cut off a corner and squeezing to apply the pattern). There is space for imagination. I'm no good with jewelry, so I just sprinkled the herbs and struck a "spider web" sour cream. Moreover, the cake was not prepared on a festive table.
step-9
A piece of cake. Calorie ready meals are about 140 calories in 100 g Piece in the photo is about 80 g (about 115 kcal).
