Basket - a basket for berries-raspberries for the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Yeast dough

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    1 tsp

To start, prepare jelly as directed on the package, heated to complete dissolution of gelatin, add the powdered sugar.

Take a baking pan, lay tape (to keep the edges down, then it will be easier to get). To lay the raspberries, pour the prepared jelly solution, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out dough into a long wide strip, of a thickness of 3 mm.

Cut out long thin strips.

Take a baking dish, coat all sides with oil, sprinkle with semolina (so the dough is not stuck to the form).

Roll out strips of flagella (need 7 pieces) and put on the bottom of the form crosswise (leaving long ends).

Roll into a bundle one long strip (it should be 3 times longer than the first 7 bands. To weave it in a staggered manner around the mold.

Roll 6 bundles: 2 longest weave top rim for a basket, 2 medium weave handle, 2 small weave bottom rim.

Spread everything on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 30 minutes.

In the basket ready to put a raspberry jelly filling, insert the handle, rims, top, garnish with fresh raspberries. Bon appetit!
