The eggs boil, chop, onion chop, grate the cheese. add spices, garlic (garlic in a salad, or in a gas station to add)
To prepare the dressing: mayonnaise combine with two kinds of mustard, add honey or sugar (if garlic is not added to the salad, so the dressing)

All mix, allow to stand in refrigerator.
The salad is ready!
Serve the tarts, toast, breads, croutons, bread, green salad...
