Squash cake with melted cheese
All with the opening of the season of zucchini! This is my favorite pumpkin cake with melted cheese and garlic!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Tomato

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Combine zucchini and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add flour and stir. The dough consistency should be as for pancakes. Spread the batter in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry each side on medium heat to form a crispy crust. Leave them to cool.

Meanwhile, processed cheese grate on a grater. I have a cheese "Friendship", but you can take any on your taste. When choosing cheese in the store be sure to look at the composition - in the first place it must appear solid and semi-solid cheeses, then butter and milk, and then water. The composition should not be of vegetable fats in General is not a cheese but a cheese product that taste you does not please.
