Spicy eggplant
Another ode to the eggplant.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Garlic

  • Cheese

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Wash and cut the eggplant into rings of 5 mm.
