Thin yeast pancakes
Recently I was preparing for a festive table appetizer in the form of pancake bags with Julien. I suggest to you, dear cooks, the recipe of the most delicate yeast pancakes. Perhaps someone they will like, and you want to cook them to your family table.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    3.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Vegetable oil

    0.333 cup

  • Yeast

    7 g

Proceed to the preparation of the pancake dough. 1/2 Cup of milk to warm, add yeast (7 gr.), add sugar (1 tbsp), flour (1 tablespoon without slides). Put the mixture in a warm place. After a certain time on the surface of the formed cap of fine bubbles. The dough is ready.

In a bowl add the eggs (3 PCs.)

Beat the eggs in a light foam.

Add to the scrambled eggs milk (3 cups), water (1/2 Cup), salt (1 teaspoon), the rest of the sugar.

To the mixture of milk and eggs, add the prepared yeast mixture and flour (220 g), add the vegetable oil (1/3 Cup). The mixture was again beat well and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. I want to note that the dough should not be too thick! If the dough is liquid, the pancake turns out perfectly fine.
