Salted tomatoes
I tried these tomatoes at a friend and fell in love with the recipe. Easy to prepare, great taste, nice on the table are not winter harvesting. One drawback - quickly eaten up. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Horseradish

    1 piece

  • Leaf vine

    3 piece

  • Sheet cherry

    3 piece

  • Leaf currant

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    8 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

On bottom of the 3-liter jars (or pans) put all the herbs and seasoning.

Garlic peel and cut into slices.

Wash tomatoes, make incisions in 3 places and lard slices of garlic.

Fold the tomatoes in a jar and prepare the marinade: boil 2 liters of water with 1 Bay leaf, add 2 tablespoons of salt and 4 tablespoons sugar. Pour the tomatoes and leave for 1 day in a warm room.

The next day, refrigerate and leave to infuse for 5 days. After 5 days of delicious tomatoes ready. Bon appetit!
