Avocado soup
When it was cooked and tasted, I was thrilled - the soup was 100% mine. Soup is very gentle, soft and at the same time, very aromatic (in a hot summer day the most it), at Your request, it may become acute. Thank you very much Sarah nuf_nuf that gave this recipe to my arms. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Keng00 ry called "Avocado soup" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    3 piece

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds, clean and cut. One avocado can be put aside for decoration, cut it into either cubes or slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, not darkened.

To the avocado add the broth and, if you want, onions and garlic. In a blender, grind to puree state.

Pour the milk and cream and season with salt.

And again to break a blender until smooth. The soup needs to do shortly before use, otherwise it may slightly darken.

The soup spill on plates, garnish with strips of avocado and greens. To bring to the table.

Or you can add along with diced avocado and sliced in small pieces chicken, if you like soups with meat. For my husband I have this soup warmed before use in a microwave oven at maximum power for 2 minutes, the taste has changed a bit, but we liked it.
