Cooking
Cut into slices boiled tongue. Cut tomatoes into slices. Put the ring in a circular shape, alternating tongue and tomatoes.
Fry the onions, add the chopped mushrooms. Fry until cooked. Cooked mushrooms sour cream. Distribute the mushroom mass on top of the tongue and tomatoes.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Send our dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
