Fritters chicken liver
Today I made pancakes from chicken liver with onions and carrots. A great alternative to liver cake. Very tender and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken livers must be thoroughly washed and cleaned from the films. Mince.

Add in the mince and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Beat the egg and mix well.

Add the semolina, mix well.

Add the flour and mix well to avoid lumps.

Ready stuffing leave to infuse for 20 mins (can be longer)

Prepare the filling. Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion lightly in vegetable oil.

To the onions add the carrots and fry for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, pour a tablespoon of the stuffing.

Fry on both sides.

Pancakes put on a plate, spread mayonnaise, sprinkle with stuffing. The greens are not forbidden, a matter of taste. I don't use to keep the taste of the liver.

You can lay down a pile, or put in a row, but it is everyone's business.
