Pancakes on milk
Proven and reliable recipe for pancakes! Bake it for over 15 years, and not one of the worst! Pancakes are delicious, delicate and airy. They can be served alone or with various fillings.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.75 tsp

Cooking

Pour into a bowl sifted flour, salt, sugar, baking powder. Add eggs and half a Cup of milk.

Knead a thick dough without lumps.

Then gradually dilute the rest of the milk and knead the dough consistency reminiscent of liquid sour cream. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and stir well until the dough combines with the oil.

Good heat the pan, grease it with oil and pour the batter into the pan, quickly turning it to the dough spilled all over the pan with a thin even layer.
