This recipe was posted on the website in the 2009 user Gayush called "PTI" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The name of the dish translated from Armenian means "the slut", "ugly duckling". "Pnti" refers to a category of soups, but it's so thick and hearty that the main dish doesn't. In our family, this "soup" stuck for what to cook Gayush thank you very much!

  • Chicken

    1.1 kg

  • Onion

    600 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Salt

Chicken cut into serving pieces, boil in small amount of water.
Once the chicken is ready, remove it from broth, leave to cool.
While cooking chicken, knead a dough with the eggs, water, flour and a pinch of salt. The dough should be slightly steeper dumplings. I usually leave 150 g of flour, 3 tablespoons water and 1 large egg.
Onion cut into small cubes, season with salt and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Here I'm allowed deviation from the source. Took 600 grams of onions instead of 800 g and added ground black pepper.
Add in the onion tomato paste, allow to cool.
Roll the dough into a rectangle 2 mm thick. to Distribute according to it, sauté the onion, roll the loaf on the large side.
Slice the roll pieces with a thickness of 3-4 cm.
At the bottom of a flat pan to lay the chicken. the specified number of products suitable saucepan with a volume of 3 liters.
On top of the chicken lay the pieces of roll, sprinkle with herbs. Pour the broth so that it barely covered the dough. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
And now it's time to the table! Very tasty! Especially with fresh herbs.
