Cheese-mango parfait
Light, airy, exhilarating, cool and gentle! Just like Spring itself! As soon as you see this dessert, like the sun's rays peeked to your house! Once you feel a slight whiff of fresh spring breeze, subtle aroma of fruit and flowers with a hint of caramel, inexplicable excitement, love and tenderness! Create your own Spring at home!!!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Liqueur

    2 tsp

  • Cookies

    6 piece

  • Pistachios

    50 g

Brown sugar grind in a coffee grinder into powder. Brown cane sugar will give your dessert a caramel taste and a soft, creamy color. Then whip the cold cream with the received powder to stable peaks.

Add the cheese and the liqueur (syrup), gently beat with a mixer on the lowest speed within 1 minute.
