Meat Stozhkov
A delicious and simple dish that is good for a holiday table and for everyday dinner. Come on in, help yourself!


  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp


Of minced meat to form a small pellet. Lay them on a greased baking sheet. Stuffing can take any. I have a chicken with the addition of pumpkin.
The potatoes and onions to clean, wash. Onion cut into half rings and marinate (for marinade:100 ml water +1 tbsp vinegar + 1 tbsp Rast oil+ pinch of salt). After 5 minutes, drain the marinade, onions rinse under running water. Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater. Eggs cook, clean and RUB on a coarse grater.
Meat cake spread with layers of potatoes, onion, egg, mayonnaise ( you can substitute sour cream) and grated cheese. Our Stozhkov sent in a preheated 180 C oven until tender.
The Stozhkov are juicy and tender, with a crispy cheese crust. Bon appetit!
