Cucumber-mint sandwiches
Love the mint and where it is not only add. In the garden I'm growing four varieties, not counting variegated. Winter on the windowsill is certainly worth a pot of mint, but it is not as tasty as spring, fragrant, soft, gentle. Prepare tasty, fresh sandwiches are a picnic, time on their cooking will take very little, but result will not leave anyone indifferent, even those who absolutely loves mint. And a highlight will give a soy sauce in which we marinate the cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    10 slice

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Mint

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fresh cucumbers cut into very thin slices. Add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Cream cheese mashed with a fork, add finely chopped mint. Quite a bit of salt and pepper.

With bread cut off the crust. Spread the cheese slices with mint, spread the cucumbers and cover with second half of bread, which should also be greased. Squeeze well and place in refrigerator. Cut into two pieces each sandwich.
