Description

Poppy seed crepes with strawberry jam
The crepes are not very thin, but it should be, because the dough itself is not only a shell for the filling, but self-sufficient dish. In France crepes are served for dessert without stuffing, simply sprinkle with powdered sugar. My family loves strawberry jam, and we in the Crimea does not grow strawberries. And just then came the grandmother from Russia (Saratov region )and brought some gifts. So sin was not to use such a case. Very tasty, and the filling can be any at Your discretion.
