Cooking

step-0
Make a dough from flour, eggs, tomato paste, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Take the time to add all the flour, it may need less or slightly more.
step-1
Roll the dough into a ball and let a little "rest" under foil. Then knead again and roll into ball.
step-2
The ball is divided into four parts.
step-3
Roll out the dough on the pasta machine or with a rolling pin into long, thin rectangles.
step-4
Boil in boiling water for each sheet in half a minute. Then cool in cold water, to take out on a towel and give a bit to dry off excess moisture.
step-5
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: cheese to grate on medium grater. 1 tbsp grated cheese to set them aside for dusting. Cut the ham into strips. Mix in a separate bowl sour cream, grated cheese, cream cheese and ham.
step-6
Sheets of lasagna to split into two parts, each part to be lubricated stuffing 1 tbsp. l with slide, fold in half horizontally, again, a little grease Nachiki and roll "rose". Do this to each sheets for lasagna.
step-7
Put the finished roses into shape. On top of lasagna to drip with olive oil and sprinkle with grated cheese pending. It turns out eight roses (I didn't fit in one form, therefore the remaining two curls baked separately).
step-8
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes until nice it will turn brown.
step-9
Bon appetit!!!
step-10
Note: the Filling can be anything: just the cheese-sour cream-garlic-greens, etc. Gouda Cheese you can substitute Russian Emmental - Maasdam, and if you like blue cheese - add your favorite cheese. Loved "Tinker" with the test, screw the roses. Best of all - it's a delight for my daughter!!!
