Yakitori of chicken liver with dried apricots
Hi! Take a very simple and delicious dish that is prepared from basic ingredients, and the result is impressive! A good snack for a picnic for vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Dried apricots

    20 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Chicken liver washed, dried, cut into small pieces with a size of about 3 3 cm

Dried apricots cut into halves.

We need wooden skewers. Strung them in turn the apricots and liver. It is desirable that the edges were dried apricots, so it will hold the liver slices during frying.

To prepare the marinade: in a deep dish, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar.
