Real Russian soup!!! Preparing easy and fast!!!

Ingredients

  • Stew

    525 g

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    80 g

  • Flour

    20 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Cooking

Cook the broth from the mushrooms, then take out mushrooms and cut into cubes.

Carrots and onions shinkuem.

Carrots, parsley, onions sauté in butter, separately, fry the tomato paste and flour.

Simmer the washed and finely chopped cabbage.

In the mushroom broth, add the braised cabbage with vegetables, tomato paste, mushrooms, Bay leaf.

And drop in the soup. All together cook for 10 min.

Add crushed garlic, meat sauce out of the jar all together and keep on heat for another 3 minutes.
