Pancakes
Always tasty and good pancakes. They are soft, plump and tender. Do not break or stick to the pan. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Yeast

    3 g

The eggs with the salt and sugar beat with a mixer in the foam. Continuing to whisk pour in the boiling water and continue whisking. Mass increases in volume by 2 times and foam.

Pour cold milk, whisking for a few seconds and add the yeast and oil. Mix well.

Add the flour and spoon knead the dough. Leave the dough in a warm place to increase in volume in 2 times ( for 40 minutes). Bake pancakes on a well heated pan on both sides, after brushing the pan with vegetable oil.
