  • Ginger

    300 g

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Carnation

    6 piece

  • Water

    1.6 l

  • Mint

Ginger root peeled, cut into thin slices. Wash the lemons, grate the zest on a fine grater, squeeze the juice.

In a pot put the ginger, sugar, cloves, zest. Pour in the lemon juice, pour water, cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Then increase the heat and cook for 10 minutes, without boiling.

Lemonade strain and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add washed and drained mint leaves. Add the sparkling water and chill in the fridge.
