Cupcakes from chicken liver (for the microwave)
Small eateries muffins. Suitable as hot and cold snacks on the festive table, as a snack in nature. To do easy and simple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chicken liver and onions to scroll in a meat grinder with fine screen. Add soda, dill, milk and semolina. Let stand 40 min.

While semolina swells, we fry the onion in butter until soft. Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater.

In a bowl, mix the onion, cheese and garlic.

Silicone molds rinsed with water. Put the minced meat, a little less than half. On it put the filling so that the edges were empty.

Now, put the stuffing, a little before reaching the top.

Put in the microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 800. First, grab a cupcake, and when they are ready, climb over the edge. Can be immediately removed. Removed from the mold easily. Even the photo shows that the cupcakes moved away from the walls. When it comes out from the molds, don't worry, it's not raw. After a few minutes the color will be the same.
