Puff Pastry
A great snack for the holiday table... and just eat in the day.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

Puff pastry cut into rectangles.

From the half to cut out the middle and put them on the whole.

Lubricate puff pastry with egg yolk and bake in the oven at t=200*C for 10-15 minutes.

Beets grate on a fine grater, add the crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Herring cut into fillets and cut into slices. (Today I used preserves).

In each puff pastry put 1 tablespoon of the beet filling.

From above to lay out 2 slices of herring.
