Liver wash, remove the film and cut into large pieces
To prepare the marinade. In a bowl break the egg, add salt, sugar, soda. Garlic squeeze through press and add to the bowl, all stir well.
Pour this mixture into the liver and put into the refrigerator. At least two hours, but the more to withstand the liver in the marinade, the better the result. I left for the night.
When the liver zamarinuetsya, get it out of the refrigerator, and meanwhile, clean onion or two, cut into half rings and fry in a pan in hot vegetable oil.
While fried onions, roll in flour the liver slices.
Onions are ready to remove and in the same pan fry the liver slices until Golden brown, about 3 minutes (as needed for frying, add the vegetable oil.)
