Fried liver with Golden brown garlic marinade - it is something! The liver is soft, delicate, fragrant, yet it is prepared, already surpasses the appetite. With a sense of gratitude I dedicate this wonderful recipe to cook Svetlana miss.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Corn flour

Liver wash, remove the film and cut into large pieces

To prepare the marinade. In a bowl break the egg, add salt, sugar, soda. Garlic squeeze through press and add to the bowl, all stir well.

Pour this mixture into the liver and put into the refrigerator. At least two hours, but the more to withstand the liver in the marinade, the better the result. I left for the night.
