Tender and delicious tartlets! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    200 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

From ready-to-bake puff pastry tartlets, pre-roll out the dough, cut out circles (for the desire to make the petals). Mugs are placed into molds, greased with margarine and pierce in several places and bake at temperature of 180 gr. until Golden brown.

Cut the eggplant lengthwise, and pierce each half, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with olive oil and bake at temperature of 180 gr. 30 minutes.

The cooled eggplants and take out their pulp.

Combine the pulp of eggplant with ricotta, mix with a blender to a puree.
