Soup with beans
After I got sick with diabetes and became malouglevodnomu diet, and the cafe was to choose appropriate meals. The soup I tried at the Tavern, although there they were called "Stew", but was served as a first course. Just want to say that diet, this dish still does not pull, but it is hearty, delicious and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sauerkraut

    300 g

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Broth

    1000 ml

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

For cooking, take the beans. I opted for the "Black eye" from the "Mistral"", it does not require pre-soaking.

Pour beans with water in a ratio of 1 to 5, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes on high heat, then another 1 hour on low heat until tender.

Approximately 40 minutes after the beginning of cooking beans, bacon cut into thin strips. Take the skillet or pan with a thick bottom and fry the bacon until rendering fat.

Take the onion, cut into small cubes. Mushrooms cut into segments, I have frozen.

Fry the onion and mushrooms over high heat for 2 minutes, put the chopped circles of sausage. Better if eaten raw sausages. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Put sauerkraut mixture of peppers, Bay leaf and salt. Salt-be careful, most of the food is already salty.

Fry cabbage (simmer) for 10 minutes, put the prepared beans together with the liquid.

Pour the broth, I have chicken. Stir, bring to a boil.

Cook for 10 minutes on low heat until tender.

Serve the soup immediately, hot with greens. Bon appetit!
