Appetizer of cucumber and smoked trout
I offer a simple recipe for a tasty snack. I liked the combination of fresh cucumber, fish and cream cheese. I hope enjoy You!

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    16 piece

  • Corn

    120 g

  • Cream cheese

    140 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Trout

    170 g

Fillet of smoked trout cut into thin slices.

My cucumber and cut into thin slices with a knife for cleaning of vegetables.

I took a long cucumber, so the resulting slices are enough for two rolls, each of which I cut into 8 parts.

On plastic wrap lay out the cucumber slices as in the photo, coming on the previous one.

Then on the edge of the layer of cucumber put the slices of smoked trout.

On the edge of the trout spread cream cheese with greens, then corn on the cob.

Rolled up with the film roll until the middle of the cucumber layer.

Cut half a layer from the cucumber. Again spread the remaining layer of cucumber slices trout, cream cheese and corn on the cob and roll the second roll. Remove the two rolls in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Then cut the rolls into pieces, making straight cuts, and obliquely. I have just turned 16 small rolls. My tomatoes and put them into decorative peaks. Spread the rolls on a dish, fix them with the help of skewers with cherry. Bon appétit!
