Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Peach

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cookies

    6 piece

  • White chocolate

I was cooking for 4 small portions. From eggs to separate the yolk from the white. Yolk mix with sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until white foam - about 2 minutes.

Then add to this mix the mascarpone and whip for 1 more minute, until the mixture is smooth.

Separately, beat egg whites in a solid foam. For this you can add a pinch of salt. Very carefully enter the spatula to the mixture. Stir.

From banks to get the peaches, retaining syrup. Biscuits dipped in syrup and put in a form.

On top lay the sliced peaches and spread the cream. The white chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle on the cream. Refrigerate for several hours to cool.
