A compote of red currant with orange
I don't really like red currants, and in the garden grow three bushes, and the berries have to find some use. When much has been tried, and currants all the way never ends, the question arises: well, what to do with it? If someone, like me, trying to figure out where to attach a bountiful harvest of currants, let me cook a delicious compote. We like black currants with the addition of orange.
