Cheese-gravy
I have to say that the gravy does not well correspond to its great taste. And how it was invented and what inspired it, learn below.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Cheese sausage

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions finely chop, mix with minced meat and fry in preheated pan with oil for about 20 min. on medium heat under the lid.

Sausage cheese grate on a coarse grater, mix with minced meat. Add soy sauce "Teriyaki" TM "Kikkoman", mayonnaise and stir.

Pour water, put the grated garlic and cook until thick. Add sugar, if needed.

At the end add the chopped dill and serve.
