Canape with herring and kiwi
I don't know whether to call it a complete recipe, but the sandwiches with the combination of ingredients on the website is not found (if badly searched - delete). For me personally, this combination was unexpected, therefore, could not pass not to try. My family, like me, canape liked, but the dish is the same for everybody. So if you love to experiment - Welcome.

Everything is so simple, and needs no step-by-step presentation, but maybe someone will be useful. So, brown bread (the more interesting the taste of bread, the delicious canapés, I took the "Lithuanian" bread) cut into small slices.

Each slice of bread spread cheese mascarpone. Here I have the problems started - cheese such as Philadelphia, the store was not, so we had to quickly come up with a replacement. Good option, for my taste, steel baby yogurt, no toppings and the cheese company "the President".

Ripe kiwifruit peeled, cut into thin slices and spread on a greased cheese bread.

Herring clear from the skin and bones, cut into long thin slices and put on top of kiwi.

Canapés are ready, before serving, decorate with greens. The author of the recipe (the recipe peeped in the journal "Culinary collection") recommended garnish with mint leaves. I opted for a more classic combination and sprinkled chopped green onions.
