Cheese and chocolate bliss for any audience. Not labour-intensive and low-budget. A Cup of coffee or tea! Allow yourself to melt into the chocolate fun!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Cookies

    500 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Nuts

Cheese, sugar and soft butter beat with a blender until smooth

Divide the mass into two equal parts, one part add 50 g of melted chocolate and cocoa powder, stir

On aluminum paper to put cookies in three rows

Distribute white cottage cheese on the liver

Part cookies grind into crumbs and sprinkle on top of the curd mass

Roll bar tight and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight
