Honey cakes with chocolate-orange cream
Delicate, multi-layered cakes based on honey cakes with flavorful cottage cheese and orange cream is the best fit for a Christmas tea party and would be a nice end of the festive meal.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    200 g

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Sour cream

    80 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Potato starch

    60 g

  • White chocolate

    40 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl sift the flour, add 1 egg, 75 g honey, 75 g of softened butter and sour cream.

To repay baking powder lemon juice.

The mixer knead the dough until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and clean up for an hour in the fridge.

Bake cakes for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

In a small saucepan, mix the cottage cheese with orange juice and zest. Add 100 g softened butter, 125 g of honey, vanilla, 1 egg and 2 tbsp.of starch.

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Cook until thick, without boiling. Will get the cream.

Hot cream to lubricate the cake layers, stacking them on top of each other. Leave to cool the cream at room temperature.

Cover with cling film, put on top a cutting Board, pan or any other goods, and to remove overnight in the refrigerator so that the mixture during solidification were distributed evenly.
