Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Mashed potatoes

    180 g

  • Milk

    260 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Melted butter

  • Dill

    1 tsp

Put the dough on the pancakes. In 100 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes. I use dry yeast SAF-MOMENT, excellent quality.

In the rest of the milk add the mashed potatoes, eggs, salt. Stir thoroughly.
