Ravioli
My friend lived some years in Italy, outside of Milan. It was she who taught me to cook a casserole real Italian, which I already wrote. And she told me how lovingly they make their ravioli. They can shove the stuffing all but the process itself is like a song. She showed me a few options, but especially in our family love these.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Dill

Prepare the ingredients for the dough: flour - 300 g egg - 3 PCs water - 6 tablespoons vegetable oil - 3 tbsp

3 eggs mix with water, butter, put the flour and knead the dough. Close foil and put into the refrigerator.

While our dough is resting, we will prepare the stuffing. Boiled breast, cleaned from bones and chop. The pan pour 3 tbsp oil and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Add the wine, stir and fry 2 minutes, add the cream, salt, nutmeg, pepper and mushrooms. Fry for another 3 minutes, remove and cool.

After cooling, add the egg, chopped dill and cheese, all mix well.

After 30 minutes take out the dough, roll out thinly, cut out a glass circles and put the filling.
