Crab rolls with cheesy mustard sauce
This recipe is from the category of "Guests on the threshold". I love simple recipes and this one: it cooks fast, is delicious and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Vinegar

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Take the eggs, add salt, beat with a mixer.

Add milk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil, flour and baking powder and whisk.

Crab sticks "A sea" grind, grate.

Mix the chopped crab sticks and onlynow mixture.

Form (I have a 20 by 30 cm), covered with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil (1 tbsp). Pour in the form onlynow mixture with crab sticks, put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 15 minutes.

While baked roll, prepare the cheese-mustard sauce. For this cheese RUB on a grater. Cheese can take any solid.

On the stove in a saucepan heat the cream, adding cheese, stir until dissolved.

Add the prepared mustard, I prefer with beans. Set aside from heat.

Stir the sauce.

During this time, the omelet roll is ready.

Flip the finished omelet-roll on any surface, I took a cutting Board, remove paper. Hot roll coat with warm cheese and mustard sauce.

On top sprinkle finely chopped dill.

Turn the omelet in the roll.

This roll is universal, it can be eaten immediately, warm, or cold. Pour the finished loaf (if desired) balsamic-cream, I got lemon. Bon appetit!
