Christmas eggnog with chocolate
Today Fiskars prepare tart, aromatic beverage with the taste of chocolate and gingerbread spices. So thick and tender! What you need for a winter holiday. This drink can also serve as a great gift for new year's table friends or relatives.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Milk concentrated

    320 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Vodka

    200 ml

  • Rum

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla pod

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

1. We need high-quality dark chocolate without additives. Cut it into cubes smaller.

2. Whisk sugar with egg yolks until light and fluffy.

3. In a pot or saucepan pour the milk, heat, add the chocolate and stir vigorously until dissolved. Add the cream, vanilla pod (it is convenient to use the one that is left over from some other recipe that required only the seeds from the pod), cinnamon stick, nutmeg and ginger, stir.

4. Don't stop stirring add the sugar-egg mixture, and actively stir, warming on medium heat until the mixture thickens. Stir constantly to avoid lumps and nothing burnt.

5. Remove from heat, add the alcohol and mix well.

6. Now we have to pour our delicious drink in a bottle, a jar or jug with a wide mouth and put into the refrigerator for at least several hours, preferably overnight.

7. Still a little dark chocolate grated and put into the fridge before serving.
