Tartlet
I wanted suddenly something surroga... Conceived-done! So that was a "Caprice" for the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Cheese "Dutch" RUB on a large grater and spread in the mold, distributing it along the bottom and sides.

Add finely chopped dill, tomatoes, mayonnaise, mix well. Arrange the salad in the finished tartlets and top with a little sprinkle left egg yolk ( it should be rubbed on a fine grater).
