Did her husband on February 23. Very manly, very masculine salad. For big fans of onions. A great snack to vodka.

Cooking
Onion cut into thin rings. I did half standards products.
Add a good pinch of salt and sugar. Pour boiling water, add vinegar, stir, cover and leave for a few hours at night.
Beef and carrots to boil and cool. Meat cool in the broth so that it does not zavetrilos. Cut the meat into small cubes.
The same cubes, slice the carrots and add to meat.
Onion a good squeeze and add to the salad.
Salad season with salt to taste, add the sugar and lemon juice. Add the finely chopped dill. Mayonnaise and mix well. Put in a salad bowl. Serve as a snack to vodka. Bon appetit!!!
