Drink kefir
The drink is good during all kinds of diets, and just delicious and healthy. The drink contains all the valuable and useful qualities of each component (the benefits of yogurt, honey and spices written a lot). I do this periodically kefir drink for a long time, but the site did not find, and love to share the recipe. Drink from yogurt with ginger and cinnamon has a good fat-burning effect, can work wonders to break down fat tissue, effectively purify the body and increase metabolism.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Take buttermilk and spices.

In kefir add all ingredients, mix well and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.

Then whisk in a blender.
