Pumpkin French toast
It's very simple, quick, hearty and delicious! Just for Breakfast! To have a lucky day and the mood of the morning was Sunny, I suggest to try these for Breakfast toast!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

    8 slice

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

We will need pumpkin puree. I had already done (there is always a zagotovochka in the refrigerator the pumpkin season). But in order to cook a pumpkin, cleaned, cut into pieces, folded into a refractory form and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool and then blend. Start Grengam. In a bowl (it is advisable to take a bowl which will allow you to dip pieces of bread) mix the milk, pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and all the spices. Mix well with a whisk.

Dip the bread slices in the egg-pumpkin mixture on both sides.

Spread on oiled baking sheet and place in preheated 180 degree oven.

Cook until Golden brown. Remove croutons from the oven, dip again in the egg-pumpkin mixture and again put on baking tray, but the other side. Again put into the oven until Golden brown.
