Description

Sandals
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user tusja called "Sandals" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". To take on the coloring of this recipe made me an unusual name. On the one hand funny, on the other - are consonant with the cute heart, a little forgotten me concepts - khinkali... Tsinandali... )). The result is a delicious, filling and a good dish, though not particularly elegant.

Cooking

step-0
First of all prepare the dough. In a glass (230 ml) the egg and add water to top, add salt. Pour into bowl with sifted flour and knead the dough, as dumplings. Cover it with a cloth and give a little lie down.
step-1
For the filling, finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
step-2
For convenience, it is better to divide the dough into two parts. One part roll out thinly and evenly distribute it half of the minced meat. They do the same with the second part.
step-3
Roll the dough into a loaf...
step-4
...and cut it into pieces in the thickness approximately 2 see
step-5
Each piece carefully splosives in the cake...
step-6
...and fry them in vegetable oil. I would be in this step and stopped, but a prescription is required to put out our sandals and gravy.
step-7
For the gravy fry the onion and carrots, add the tomato paste, 1 tbsp (without top) flour and dilute with the broth. Salt, pepper and let it simmer.
step-8
Pour the obtained sauce fried tortillas and boil (tormented) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
step-9
A dish with a funny name is ready. Bon appetit! At the request of the male part of my family was doing flip-flops again, only instead of tomato gravy extinguished them in sour cream. In my opinion, so even better))
