Cooking
Wash pumpkin, peel and seeds, cut into small, thin slices.
In a pan melt the butter, put the pumpkin, pour boiled water, add salt, black pepper, curry and stew until tender.
Once the pumpkin is ready, mash it with a spoon in a frying pan, add pressed garlic, stir and remove from heat. Cool slightly.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater and mix with creamy pumpkin mass.
With a fork beat the egg and cream, brush the pita with cooking brush.
Lay out the slices of bacon, not reaching the edges by 1.5 cm On the cutting edge to put the stuffing.
Collapse the side edges and wrap roll. I got 4 things. Put the rolls in the form, brush the top of the remaining sour cream and egg mixture.
Put in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Brown top light. Rolls to cool and sprinkle with dill.
When serving, cut into halves.
And when the roll is completely cooled, you can cut into slices. Appetizer on the table looks very bright and festive! From the table, the first disappears!
Delicate, mild taste, natural aroma and unforgettable festive mood! Zoom this photo and plunge into the bright autumn colors!
