Eclairs in aerogrill
Continue to master the grills and this is my first cakes in it. In principle, the recipe is not new, just specific instructions to the owners of this wonder-stove. So if you want to remove it, then so be it.


  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Condensed milk

    150 g

  • Mascarpone

    150 g


Boil a glass of water. Put the butter and completely melt. Remove from heat, add flour and thoroughly stir. Slightly cool the resulting mass to a warm state and one drive egg. Stir well until smooth.
In aerogrill put low bars on it grate for steaming. On the grid to put a sheet of parchment. On the parchment spoon the dough (you can squeeze confectionery syringe). Since I was experimenting, I put only 4 pieces, but can be more time. Leave between them a lot of space due to the increase in volume.
And now the main - set temperature. Set temperature to 180* and set the timer for 30 minutes. When the timer remains 10-12 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150*.
After turning off a/g to get ready eclairs not earlier than in 5 minutes. Here such handsome men should get!!! Cream filling: mix the mascarpone and condensed milk. To fill the resulting cream eclairs.
