Cooking
Prepare white sauce: you Need to wash the dill and cut melenko. Garlic peel and chop. Mix the sour cream, mustard, dill, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Quickly cook parsik: In a hot pan first, fry the chopped onion in a small amount of oil and then add minced meat, intensively stir and fry until tender. At the end we have to salt and pepper to taste.
Frozen vegetables fry in a skillet in a small amount of vegetable oil with the curry until tender (you can, of course, to take fresh vegetables, but I had no time, from minute to minute had to come visit). Dobavlen ketchup or red sauce (it can be made from tomato paste + a little sugar + pepper + garlic+ cilantro; I didn't cook it on time, so I got a regular ketchup).
On a serving dish put one leaf pita, well lubricated with 1/3 white sauce.
Spread the stuffing and canned peas.
Cover with a sheet pita bread, spread vegetable stuffing with tomato ketchup (red sauce).
Another leaf pita. It put slices of chopped tomatoes and grated on a coarse grater of syrochek, top, spread with half the remaining white sauce.
Put the last leaf pita and smear the rest of the white sauce. then I left the cake for an hour to soak (he then becomes very tender and the bread soaked with all the flavors and juices... mmm...). Before serving, I stuck the cake in the microwave on high for 3 minutes (you can use an oven if a microwave can be used).
We decorate our cake... I made the flowers out of fresh carrots in the middle of dripped sour cream, parsley leaves and sprigs of dill...
MOST IMPORTANTLY - sprinkle top of all berries grenade, it gives this cake a fresh, stylish, vibrant, unusual and makes it very tasty.
Pleasant to You of appetite!! :)
This bread I bought. You can, of course, cook-it-yourself, but you are ready to use if time is limited you :)
