Description
In a couple of previously published "the fancy Christmas tree" (also with light-salted salmon), I present to you a new year (and not only) appetizer with fried salmon "Kolokolchik Ki". It will appeal to both adults and children. On the table looks very festive.

Cooking
Prepare the filling: boil eggs, peel and together with the crab meat finely chop (you can spin a couple of times in a blender). To it add chopped green onions and sour cream (for stretch consistency). Mix well. Pre-chilled salmon cut into thin slices.
Take any small cups and cover them with cling film. On the sides of the cups and put the plate of fish. They fill ready filling, tamping it lightly. Cover the ramekins with foil and put in refrigerator for 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Get, turn, decorate and serve our "jingle bells" to the table. Bon appetit.
