Cottage cheese-cranberry ice cream
Traditional American ice cream for all holidays. The combination of sweet cream with the tartness of a cranberry, very tasty. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    225 g

  • Sugar

    225 g

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

Cranberries wash, dry on a towel.

Add half of the sugar. Berries with sugar to crush into a soft mush.
