Marinated eggplant
All the herbs dedicated! Quick and simple recipe for a great snack. Per kilogram of eggplant 6 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a spoonful of oil and 15 minutes of time!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant wash, slice.

Garlic skip through the press, add the vinegar, black pepper, stir, pour half Cup of boiling water.

Dipped in salt water (1 tablespoon per 3 litres) for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander to drain the water.

Yet drains excess liquid in the pan heat a spoon of oil. Fry the eggplant, stirring, 2 minutes.

To put it into the Cup, pour the marinade, stir. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
