Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Cheese sausage

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Sour cream

Zucchini and peel the potatoes, grate on a medium grater. Add two eggs, salt, pepper and flour. Flour may need a little more. Knead the dough as for pancakes. In vegetable oil (on low heat)fry the pancakes. I got five large pancakes. While frying the pancakes, make the filling: carrots to RUB on a large grater, gently fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. To the carrots add chopped garlic and mushrooms, fry. Then add the tomato and sausage, cut into small cubes, saute until the liquid evaporates. At the end add the cheese (grated), stir and leave on the stove for a few minutes. Try the stuffing for salt, if not enough, the sunflower a bit. Sour cream mixed with mayonnaise (my home) in equal amounts. On a plate put a pancake, brush with cream-mayonnaise dressing.
