Soup with mushrooms in pots
A little unconventional cooking soup from fresh cabbage in the old "merchant" manner. Flavorful, nourishing soup in the pot beneath the ruddy grain cover - so cozy...

Dried mushrooms (I had a box mix of white, aspen mushrooms and chanterelles), wash, soak in cold water for 2 hours, watch on mushrooms, until tender. Put them to cook in the same water. Cook mushrooms at least an hour.
